Job Description

We are looking for a Team Leader to oversee operations and employees during working hours.

The duties of the Team Leader include production management, conflict resolution and equipment verification. Ultimately, he/she will ensure that all aspects of his work team run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructions and feedback to workers during their work
• Create work schedules and assign tasks
• Process absence requests and manage last minute absences
• Provide and prepare equipment for employees
• Train and coach new employees
• Inspect equipment and inform management of the need to repair or replace it
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed
• Foster and maintain a positive work environment

Requirements

• Recognized professional experience as a Team Leader or in a similar management position
• Knowledge of industry and relevant health and safety regulations
• Commitment to excellent service
• Works well within a team
• Leadership skills and the ability to make decisions quickly
• Good ability to solve problems
